Acorn Acres Campground

Cancellations must be made prior to one week before the reserved arrival date. A $20 cash fee deposit will be applied for Acorn Acres gate pass. Cancellations made within one week of the reservation date will be charged the full camping amount. There are no refunds for weather related cancellations.

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Unless you cancel past the seven-day time frame. Then the full deposit will be retained by Acorn Acres.

General Information

Check in is between 3:00 and 6:30 pm. Check out is 10:00 am.

Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.

All sites are back-in. There are no pull through sites.

Site bookings are limited to two adults and three children under the age of 18.

Weekend reservations are a two-night minimum. Holidays are a three-night minimum.

Pets
You must provide Acorn Acres with a copy of the rabies certificate. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the camper. You are responsible for picking up after your pet (everywhere) and properly disposing of their waste. Visitors to your site are not allowed to bring their pets.

Pets are not allowed in the common areas (store, arcade, recreation room, pool, adult lounge, and other campground areas).

Visitors
Visitor hours are between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. No visitors or transients are allowed to have golf carts, mopeds, four wheel, or other motorized item in use on our property.

Each visitor is subject to a $6.00 visitor charge. If the individual wishes to stay overnight the charge is a $12.00 overnight visitor charge.

Visitors are not allowed to use campground facilities without the site owner being present.

Drugs and Alcohol
Use of marijuana is not permitted on the property. Alcohol should be used in moderation and kept in plastic cups. No open containers.

Pool Use
Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no jumping or diving into the pool. You must wear a bathing suit in the shower. All individuals must shower prior to entering the pool. Pool hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

No running around the pool. No glass bottles/containers are permitted in the pool area. No pets are allowed in the pool. No food and/or drink.

For health reasons you cannot swim in the pool with open cuts or sores. No spitting or secretion of bodily fluids.

Acorn Acres reserves the right to close the pool at our own discretion.

Laundry & Bath house
Keep the area clean and never leave items unattended. All items left in the laundry room will be disposed of at the end of the day. Showers and laundry facilities are a pay-per-use.

Fires/Firewood: No outside firewood is allowed at the campground. Fires must be contained to the provided fire rings/pits. Fire must be kept to a safe and reasonable size and extinguished when unattended.

Site Adjustments/Modifications: Prior approval must be obtained from the office before obtaining new items, digging on your site, or driving stakes into the ground. This includes, but is not limited to decks, sheds, golf carts, trailers, lawn ornaments, flower boxes, etc.

Stone: Adding rocks, pebbles, and/or stone to the site is not permitted.

Speed Limit: The speed limit within the campground is 5mph everywhere.

Golf Carts: All golf carts must be registered with the office and pay a $100 registration fee. Proof of insurance must be provided with a $500,000 minimum of liability coverage. Golf carts may only be operated by registered site owner(s). Nighttime operation of golf carts require lights. Gas powered golf carts cannot be operated after 11:00pm. All passengers must be seated. Golf carts must adhere to the 5mph speed limit.

Pump Out Service: Pump out service is for $20 (additional fee for emergency requests will be applied). Service request must be scheduled by 3pm Monday. Our regular pump out service is scheduled on Thursdays (April-October).
