Park Policy

We do not give refunds. A voucher will be issued if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date. If cancelled within the 72 hours of the arrival date, all charges will be forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Rules & Regulations

VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND INSURANCE ARE REQUIRED: You must check-in to the office upon arrival and give a copy of your driver license, or government issue identification as well as copy of your insurance.

DEPOSITS: There is a $150.00 electric deposit that is required. You will need to confirm payment of this upon your arrival and check-in.

RESERVATION FEE: There is a $6.95 reservation fee that will be applied upon check-in.

RV AGE AND CONDITION RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY: Please submit picture for older models. Restored Vintage and well kept campers accepted. No truck campers, converted busses, tiny homes or tents are allowed. Hard-sided units only, and must be self-contained. Guests without an RV will not be allowed to stay at the Resort. Our sites can accommodate one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle only. No more than 6 occupants per RV.

PET POLICY: We love pets too! USA RV Resorts welcome well behaved animals. We do not allow aggressive animals.
