Nestled in the Texas Hill Country is A Peace of Heaven. Come relax, swim, bird watch, hike, play volleyball, ping pong, build a fire and roast marshmallows. We offer catch and release fishing in our springs, or go horseback riding nearby. Enjoy tubing down the Frio River in Concan and don't forget to catch the Frio Bat Flight. We have two live springs held back by a dam. Our river is stocked with blue gill and catfish for catch and release fishing. We have 3 fully equipped log cabins that sleep up to 7 persons each. 2 separate bedrooms & a day bed in the living room. Full kitchens with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker & coffee beans. All dishes, cooking utensils, linens and towels for bathing are supplied. All cabins have AC and Heat. The area is surrounded by the Sabinal, Medina and Frio Rivers.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before scheduled arrival date. Holidays: All reservations must be paid in full in 14 days advance No refunds for weather or leaving early.
There is a minimum of $50 per unit charge for all cancellations. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ECLIPSE OR SPECIAL EVENTS.
Rules & regulations
For your safety, convenience and enjoyment and that of our other guests, the following rules must be observed.
Please wash dishes and put them away.
Take out all trash and put in dumpster
An extra charge of $75.00 will be charged for not cleaning dishes and putting them away or for leaving trash inside cabins or moving furniture around inside or outside the units.
Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
5 mph speed limit in campground.
Please pick up all trash and deposit in the dumpsters on the road between the office and the cabins.
Please restrict glass containers away from or near river.
Campfires in fire pits & BBQ pits only. These are provided, and only when there are no BURN BANS.
Discharge of fireworks or firearms and hunting is strictly prohibited on site.
Quiet time 10 p.m. till 8 a.m.
Please be polite with music
No offensive language or behavior
Cabins and campsites must be kept clean and neat at all times.
Pets allowed on leash only. Pet damage will be charged a minimum of $250.00.
No smoking inside cabins. Smoking Violation cleaning fee is a minimum of $350.00
DAMAGES: A minimum $500.00 fee will be assessed for damages to cabins, main residence, or any belongings on the premises or neighboring properties.
Policies regarding RV camping:
A Maximum of 5 people per site
Two car limit
We do not have outside bathroom facilities, so unit must be self contained
Please DO NOT ENTER HORSE AREA OF TRIPLE C EQUINE. Please respect privacy of all occupants inside fenced area as they are in private equine sessions.
