Policies
FREE 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WHEN RESERVING FROM STATELINECABIN.COM: We understand that your plans can change. For your peace of mind, we offer a "Free 24 Hour Cancellation Policy." To prevent you from being charged the full amount of the initial reservation, this cancellation must be completed by 3 PM on the day before your reservation begins.
Rules & regulations
SMOKING: All of our Suites are non-smoking. Also no candles or incense. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your Suite there will be a $500 cleaning charge.
PETS: In our efforts to provide all customers with a clean, allergen-free facility we only allow any pets in designated Suites. If you bring pets into undesignated Suites there will be a $500 cleaning charge.
TRASH: All trash must be placed inside the dumpsters and the Rv Lots are to be kept clean and in neat order. Any violation of rules will result in a warning and/or a $150 Fine.
WIFI: We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the Life's Suites location. For Connection Interruptions, Outages or General Service Questions Please Call Resound Customer Service Directly at 1-800-806-1719 Option # 2
EXPRESS CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is 3 PM.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-Out Time is 11 AM.
DEPOSIT: You will be charged for the full amount your reservation when you book. This allows you to skip a front desk and access your Suite directly upon arrival.
TAXES: Includes Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax of 6% plus a Local Hotel Tax of 7%.
