Rules & regulations

By signing or acceptance of the online reservation terms, you agree that you have read and thoroughly understand the 333 Fish Camp Resort Polices and Procedures.

If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

VISITORS: 333 Fish Camp is a private resort. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay $10.00 and receive a parking pass. Visitor parking will be in a designated area only. Please see management to determine the location of appropriate overflow parking. Visitors may not bring pets. 333 Fish Camp reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 8PM ET. Overnight visitors must depart by Noon ET. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.

QUIET TIME: Quite time at the resort 10 PM to 8AM no outdoor music or loud noises please. Anyone playing loud music or demonstrating obnoxious or loud behaviors. will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: Maximum guest for each RV site is 6. If maximum occupancy is reached, no “Day Guests” are allowed. For additional youth guests, please contact the office.

NON-SMOKING: Tobacco products are NOT ALLOWED inside any resort building. Guests are welcome to smoke outside except in areas designated by signage as Non-Smoking areas. All tobacco materials ( including chewing tobacco or dip ) should be discarded in appropriate receptacles and not thrown onto the ground. Failure to comply with the tobacco policy will result in a $200.00 charge for additional cleaning and potentially asked to leave the park.

Cooking and Fish Storage: Kitchenettes are not to be used to deep fry any foods with oil, grease or butter. Fish cooking of any kind is not permitted in the rooms. Fish cooking in the park will occur only at park supplied grill locations. Grills must have used coals removed at the completion of your stay. No bulk fish storage is permitted either inside cottage rooms or on cottage patios. Coolers kept in vehicles containing fish may only be drained directly into the lake. All fish must be cleaned at the end of the pier only. Rooms considered damaged by smoke, grease or fish odor will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $200.00.

RENTAL AGE LIMITS: Vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult or guardian are not allowed to rent at 333 Fish Camp. Keep in mind that 333 Fish Camp is a family Resort, so please refrain from profanity in the presence of children.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: In time- 2:00pm Out time- 12:00pm. Early check in is not permitted. The guests who paid for the site the night before you has paid for their site until noon. We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon. We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. Check out time is 12 PM. You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to settle up additional charges incurred during your stay. Please contact the park if you will be arriving after 6PM ET

SITE CHANGES: You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

OPEN FIRES: Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings.

PARKING: RV sites are allowed 1 vehicle at each site. Additional vehicles will have to park in overflow parking for $10.00 a day. No parking in roads or grass. Parking violations may be towed at any time, at owners expense. Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.

Site and Park Navigation: Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

Washing: Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.

Rugs: Rugs bigger than 3’ x 2’ are not allowed as it kills the grass and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.

Speed Limit: The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

BIKES, SCOOTERS & GOLF CARTS: Bikes & Kid powered scooters are welcome at 333 Fish Camp please remember personal safety equipment is required. Golf carts are also welcome ELECTRIC carts only and they must have standard golf cart tires. NO ATV’s, Bad Boy Buggies, razors, side by sides, or modified golf carts Nothing other than walking is permitted on the docks or concrete areas of the marina. You must be at least 16 years of age with a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart. Golf carts without proper lighting will not be allowed to operate after dusk. Non-motorized vehicles including but not limited to bicycles, tricycles, scooters, etc, are allowed as well, but may not be ridden after dusk, and all proper safety gear including helmets, MUST BE WORN.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved by the 333 Fishcamp management in writing in advance

General Park Policies

Severe Weather: In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. Signs for shelter areas are posted. We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.

Electrical Use: You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Pool & Playground

No lifeguard is on duty. Pool and Playground opens at 9 am after quiet time and closes at dusk. Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. Horseplay, running, and diving is not permitted in our pool area. Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the pool area. Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our pool or playground. Failure to follow these rules result in you being asked to leave without refund. Children in diapers are not allowed in our pool. Only swimming suits and swimming trunks permitted in our pool, no cut offs. Please do not let your children climb our trees, as it damages them.

Trash Disposal and Recycling

Trash will be placed at the front of the RV spaces or outside the cabins between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM daily. Please tie the trash in sturdy bags no larger than 13 gallons. A maximum of two bags per day will be picked up by camp staff. Items not contained in 13 gallon bags or trash deemed excessive will be billed a fee at the discretion of the management. Please do not use the dumpsters on the property for any reason. Guests witnessed placing items in the dumpsters will be billed a fee at the discretion of the management. All fish fillet waste must be thrown off the end of the dock. DO NOT place raw fish of any kind in the park trash.

Children

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Horseplay, running, or diving in the pool is not permitted. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. The playground and pool close at dark. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk.

Drones: Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.

Clotheslines: Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Fireworks and Firearms: Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Controlled Substances: Consumption of alcoholic beverages may only occur in campsites or cottages. No use of alcohol is permitted anywhere in the common areas of the park. No controlled substances of any kind will be permitted in the park at any time. Use of controlled substances / illegal drugs will result in immediate removal from the park without refund.

Repairs: Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.

Safety and Emergencies: CALL 911 to report a medical emergency, in-progress crime, theft, break-in or other serious crime. For park safety issues or other repairs, please call the park office. We are open 8am-5pm daily.

PET POLICY: If you are staying in one of our tiny homes or efficiency cottages, pets are not allowed. If you are staying in our RV campground, domesticated cats and dogs will be considered as pets and will be allowed in the resort. Pets must be on a leash NO LONGER THAN 12 FEET and attended by an adult at all times. Pets may NOT be tied up outside the RV. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any pet refuse. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. 333 Fish Camp assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may occur to pets while on the premises. Guests bringing a pet must have PRIOR APPROVAL and size restrictions may apply. No dogs may enter the park that might become aggressive in any way either with humans or other dogs. Dogs that become aggressive or bark excessively will result in removal from the park without a refund. No pets will be permitted in the pool area.
