We also have a heated and air-conditioned recreation hall with multiple flat screens and large screen cable TV's - also DVD & VCR players, various board games, a foosball table, a coin operated pool table with all proceeds going to the Maine Children's Cancer Fund, and plenty of room for other group activities.All overnight sites (including most tent sites) have water and electric 20, 30 and limited 50 amps, and most have sewer and/or cable as well. All seasonal sites have phone and cable hookups. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring.The grounds are spotless and well manicured. (Kids welcome too). We host various activities in the rec hall such as dances, bingo, card night, karaoke, cribbage tournaments, pancake breakfasts, pot luck suppers and dessert nights. We also have an office/store area with all the basics, and plenty of local dry firewood for your relaxing fire. We are located only 5 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean with it's lovely beaches, and downtown Kennebunkport, which has great shops, galleries, deep sea fishing and sightseeing excursions, many fine restaurants, and fresh seafood. We are also close to live theater, several golf courses, and various movie theaters. When you arrive we will be glad to book you a table at our favorite restaurants and point you to our favorite things to do and see! Salisbury Beach State ParkSituated along the coast at the mouth of the Merrimack River, the campground offers 484 campsites with water and electric hookups, comfort stations and a playground. Boardwalks provide access to an ocean beach, and two boat ramps on the river assure swimming, boating and fishing fun!The campground offers 484 campsites and one group site with water and 20/30/50 amp electric hookups. An additional group site is available with no hookups. Comfort stations are available with flush toilets and showers. The W street comfort station is accessible. Each campsite is equipped with a picnic table, fire ring and a pedestal grill. Please note there is no shade over the sites. A dump station is also available for your convenience. By the beach, three comfort stations, over-the-dune boardwalks, and a playground and rentable pavilion area make this a popular ocean destination. The Reservation also has two boat ramps that are located on the Merrimack River at the campground's southern edge.
Mt. Greylock Campsite ParkCamp at the Foot of Mount Greylock, the Highest Peak in Massachusetts. Mt. Greylock Campsite Park is a jewel in the Berkshires located at the base of Mount Greylock State Reservation in Lanesborough, MA. There is a reason why this campground has so many old friends coming back and why the new campers are making it a tradition-it's beautiful here. Nature is everywhere, fresh air, tall trees, flowers, squirrels, chipmunks, and an occasional bear!Mt. Greylock Campsite Park is a 47-acre, 110 campsite recreational park that can accommodate tents and RV's up to 40 feet. There are two bathhouses with toilets, sinks, and free hot showers. The campsites are deep and wide and are nestled in the woods, separated by trees and grass. Each RV campsite has water, electric, and grey water hook-ups (grey water cap and hose required). There is no sewer, however, there is a black water station. Honey wagon service is free with extended stays of a week or more and available to others for a small fee. There is a fire ring and picnic table on every campsite.
Pinewood Lodge CampgroundPinewood Lodge Campground is nestled in 200 acres of white pine forest. There are 300 beautifully shaded sites, some in secluded tenting areas and others with full facilities for almost any size rig. We are located on a 50-acre freshwater lake. The campground boasts over 3,000 feet of lake frontage as well as a six-acre island. The waterfront is great for bass fishing, swimming, and boating. Our camp store has bait and tackle as well as rental rowboats and canoes. The store has many items available for your convenience including wood, ice, and groceries. We also have many camping supplies that you may have forgotten at home. If you would like the chance to get away and enjoy the great outdoors without having to rough it, Pinewood Lodge has everything you need. We have modern rest room facilities with hot showers and laundry, a security patrol for your peace of mind, and on-site R.V. parts and service if you have problems with your trailer or motorhome. We also have a snack bar and lounge if you don't feel like cooking at all. You may decide to join in some of the activities and events at the park or just relax around your campfire.
