Fishermen's Memorial State Park and CampgroundFishermen's State Park and Campground offers campers a 'seaside village' atmosphere where visitors will find neatly trimmed grass, tree lined paths, and activities for the whole family. One of Fishermen's most attractive features is its close proximity to popular State Beach areas like Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, and Salty Brine. The Park is also just 1 mile from the Block Island Ferry Dock.
Charlestown Breachway State CampgroundLocated on the east side of the “Breachway” is a camping area with panoramic views of Block Island Sound and within walking distance to Charlestown State Beach. The Breachway also has a boat launch with limited parking. Utilities ARE NOT available at this campground.
Burlingame State ParkThe entrance to Burlingame State Park picnic area and the Kimball Sanctuary is Prosser Trail, an exit off US Route 1 in Charlestown, RI. This very popular state recreation area offers 50 fireplaces, toilets, drinking water, a swimming beach and a nearby DEM boat launch for boating and fishing. The campground is 3,100 acres of rocky woodland that surrounds Watchaug Pond in Charlestown. The entrance to the park headquarters and camping area is off U.S. Route #1 in Charlestown. This campground may fill on some summer weekends.
