We do a no-touch, distancing welcome at your vehicle, we completely disinfect the tent and furniture before every new arrival. You should bring your own bedding or sleeping bags. Our ventilation system is the GREAT outdoors. We have adjusted our check-out time to 10:30 am to give us plenty of time for the site cleaning. We now provide extra water and toilet paper. We will not allow any two-legged visitors near the site and you are asked not to allow any other people to visit you without being first registered by Tentrr. Schedule a leisurely guided nature walk with the Campkeepers as an extra or explore many trails on your own. We have 100-plus private acres. Sturdy shoes or hiking boots are recommended for hiking.Just minutes away there are outdoor adventures galore: white water rafting, kayaking, biking trips on a rails to trails biking path, Skirmish Paint Ball, hiking in Glen Onoko Falls and Hickory Run State Parks, and the beautiful mountaintop entertainment venue Penn's Peak, and so much more. Jim Thorpe, the historic and quaint town, is just 15 minutes from the campsite, with its many fine eateries, shops, the Lehigh Gorge Rail Road, and the Asa Packer mansion. The Queen bunk in the main tent can accommodate up to 4 campers and an on-site pop-up tent can be put up to house 4 additional campers. The campsite comes with a picnic table, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. The dining area is under a pavilion. Additionally, our property has "Checkpoint Shed" where campers at any of our campsites can borrow gear. Bedding, extra firewood, and a power station are available for a fee as extras.
