Then you can swim in our heated pool upgraded to a salt water system in 2016. On weekends we have a community fire going so you can meet other campers in the area! By request, we can light the community fire during the week as well. We have free children’s crafts. Ours is a family-oriented campground that aims to make your family’s stay a fun and memorable experience. Within a few minutes of our campground you can visit Mall of America, Valley Fair, MN Zoo, Mystic Lake Casino, Canterbury Park Raceway, Twins baseball stadium, US Bank Stadium, as well as area museums, lakes with bike and walking trails, theaters and a huge variety of restaurants. Take the nature walk from our campground to the Boiling Springs in Eagle Creek – a leisurely 1.25-mile round trip stroll. Maps available in the office. Use our well maintained laundry facility! You can still have fun when the weather is inclement or you just want to beat the heat! Enjoy our game room with heat and central air conditioning. Hok-Si-La Municipal ParkHok-Si-La Park is a 252 acre, municipally owned and operated park located on the Minnesota side of Lake Pepin. The park offers spectacular views of the Mississippi River, Lake Pepin, and the surrounding bluffs. Enjoy the park by experiencing tent camping at its best, launch a boat at the public boat ramp, or swim and relax at the sandy beach. Take time to explore the mile long stretch of Mississippi River shoreline, check out the interpretive center, take the kids to the playground, play volleyball or basketball, enjoy a picnic or relax at the chapel. Park buildings, including the dining hall and screened shelters, as well as camping sites, are open mid-April through mid-October. Pulpit Rock CampgroundPulpit Rock Campground is a family friendly campground with paved bike routes from campground to town following the Upper Iowa River. The spring fed creek as well as the river run through the campgrounds for trout fishing and tubing down the river. Nestled into the bluffs and palisades along the Upper Iowa River, Winneshiek County offers diverse activities. The campground has two sides: The Pulpit Rock side includes sites 1-170 and the Twin Springs Side includes sites 200-242. The two sides are connected by a walking bridge.
