SMOKING POLICY:

Smoking anywhere on the Premises is strictly prohibited. There will be a $400.00 fee charged if a guest or visitor smokes any substance inside any of our structures.

CAMPFIRE POLICY:

There will be absolutely no wood Campfires or Fires anywhere on the Premises without the consent of Prairie Fireflies LLC or Forever Moore Farms. Any unauthorized fires built by guests will incur a fine up to $400.00 and may result in a ban from the property. If damage to the Property is caused by the actions of the guest or an invitee, family member or related persons to the guest due to an unauthorized fire than Prairie Fireflies and/or Forever Moore Farms may seek legal remedies to the extent given by State Law.

PET POLICY:

No pets are allowed on the property at any time.

NATURAL SETTING:

The Premises are located within natural settings and located on a former dairy farm. The ground throughout the Property is uneven. Additionally, there are areas within and around the Property that contain hazards such as barbed wire, metal fence posts, tree limbs, fallen branches, machinery / implements and similar objects and materials typical of such a Property. Guest, or an invitee, family member or related persons to the occupant understand and acknowledge such adverse conditions are present.

WEAPONS POLICY:

For the safety and security of all our guests, Prairie Fireflies strictly prohibits the possession of weapons of any kind on the property at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, explosives, and knives. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property and legal actions if necessary.

UNREGISTERD GUESTS:

There will be no unregistered guests and / or invitees on the Property at any time.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: Prairie Fireflies and Forever Moore Farms reserves the right to refuse access to the Property or request removal from the Property to any person at any time.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES:

By booking a stay, guests agree to abide by all rules and policies of Prairie Fireflies and Forever Moore Farms, as detailed on our website and provided in each unit. These rules are subject to change at any time.

CHILDREN & PETS:

• Children are welcome with an accompanying adult

• Children age 12 and under stay free

• Your furry family members are welcome in our tents! Just let us know ahead of time. There is a $35.00 Pet Cleaning Fee that is charged for each pet if we are notified ahead of time. (You need to add this when you are making your reservation or we can add it later for you.) Failure to do so will result in a $150.00 fine. Pets shall not be left unattended in any Prairie Fireflies accommodation unless properly crated. The guest is financially responsible for all damage caused by their pets.
