    After check-in, we have a NO Refund policy. Please pay only for the time you can stay.

    Reservations require a credit card for deposit.

    Please park in the right lane at the gate marked CHECK IN. This will avoid blocking our entrance gate for other guests. Check in with one of our agents inside the office.

    LATE-CHECK-OUT (If available on same site) @ $10.00 per hour/up until 2:00 PM only – Full-Night payment due after 2:00 PM.

    Holiday weekends have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY requirement.

    We do NOT guarantee a site number, just the type of site.

    Only campers registered with our front office will be allowed into the resort. 

    No Tents allowed on RV sites.

    No GOLF CARTS, JETSKIs, WAVE RUNNERs or Hot Tubs allowed.

    No wood fires.

    No loud music or loudspeakers are allowed.

    Drones are not allowed to be flown over the campground. You can fly drones at our North and South beaches over the water only.

    All boat and boat trailers must be registered with the office.

    Please respect our Quiet time hours after 10:00 PM. If you are too loud or causing a disturbance after 10:00 PM, a security guard will provide you with a warning. Once you have been warned, you will be at risk of being escorted out of the resort without a refund.

    RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED 12.5% STATE SALES TAX.

    All rates are based on TWO ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN (LESS THAN 6 YEARS OLD). Each additional adult is $5.00+tax extra per person per day, with a maximum of 6 persons. No more than 6 people total per unit. MAXIMUM = 6 PERSONS PER RENTAL UNIT.

    One RV, one vehicle and a boat trailer, or one RV, two vehicles and no trailer are permitted on RV sites.

    RV's, please connect to green marked sewer line only.

    All vehicles and boat trailers must fit on your RV lot.

    Cable TV boxes are available on a first-come basis in the office with a $40 hold. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve them before arrival and occasionally run out. 

    We allow two tents, or a tent and a sun shelter, plus one car. What you bring MUST all fit on your site. There is no parking allowed anywhere other than on your own site. Boats are allowed with a boat slip only on tent sites. 

    NO pets allowed on tent sites.

    Animal size is limited to 100 pounds. Two pets maximum per site. No aggressive breeds, including pit bull mixes. Pets must be on a leash when off your site. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking.

    List of Aggressive breeds not allowed, but not limited to: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff, and Wolf Hybrid.
