Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a full refund, guests must cancel at least ONE WEEK prior to arrival date.
Guests who cancel a reservation less than one week prior will be given a refund less first night's stay.
Guests who do not cancel will not receive a refund.
No refunds for early checkouts.
Rules & regulations
We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Campground Office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:
CHECK-IN
Check-in after 12 p.m. on day of arrival.
CHECKOUT
Checkout before 12 p.m. on day of departure.
Guests who do not leave their site by 12 p.m. will be charged a $100 late fee to the card on file.
ATV/ORV USE
ATV, ORV, and dirt bike use in the campground is prohibited.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Pets are welcome, but we ask they be kept on a leash.
Pets must weigh under 200 pounds.
Please clean up after your pet.
ADDITIONAL DAYS
If you decide you would like to extend your reservation, please let the office know as soon as possible. As a company policy, we will not move existing reservations to extend your stay in that site.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
AFTER-HOURS ASSISTANCE/SECURITY
Please call for any after-hours assistance. In case of emergency, call 911.
Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on property. RV Park & Campground closes certain sites and areas of the Campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season.
